Experienced Tennis Coach Required
Ratoath Tennis Club is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic coach to drive our coaching programs and assist with the promotion of tennis coaching within the community.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Level 2 or 3 coach to take on a key coaching role within our growing, family-friendly club. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of tennis in our community by developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Design, implement, and manage a new, integrated coaching program for juniors and adults of all ages and abilities. This involves developing pathways from beginner to competitive levels.
- Junior and School Development: Lead the creation of a comprehensive junior program and establish a new outreach program with the six local schools to introduce new players to the sport.
- Competitive Play: Guide and support teenage and adult players as they transition into competitive play, helping them get involved in our internal box ladders, the DLTC and Leinster Tennis Regional Leagues, and our annual RTC Open Tour event.
- Business Development: Provide guidance to the committee on the development and growth of coaching services, including private lessons, camps, cardio fitness, and other specialized tennis programs.
- Club Integration: Help foster a vibrant and inclusive club culture by assisting with junior tennis nights, internal competitions, and other club events.
