Much of the day-to-day communication between members of the Club takes place via WhatsApp. For this purpose a Ratoath Tennis Club WhatsApp Community has been established and all official groups are part of this community. Involvement on individual groups is strictly on an opt-in basis for GDPR reasons. Joining of any of these groups indicates that you accept the RTC WhatsApp Policy terms. This policy applies to all RTC members, administrators, and visitors using WhatsApp or any other digital communication tool in connection to the Club.

After members join, they will be invited to the RTC WhatsApp Community and from there they can choose which groups they wish to join. There are several primary groups:

• RTC Noticeboard: Recommended for all members. General announcements and information pertaining to all members
• RTC Mens: Recommended for men interested in playing tennis and arranging matches, mens league information etc.
• RTC Womens: Recommended for women interested in playing tennis and arranging matches, ladies league information etc.
• RTC Tennis Hub: Mixed adult group set up for organising tennis, information about court releasing, social night etc.
• RTC Junior Parents Group (14-17 yrs): For parents of teenagers in the 14-17 age range to encourage organisation of matches, coaching information etc.
• RTC Junior Parents Group (5-13 yrs): For parents of teenagers in the 5-13 age range to encourage organisation of matches, coaching information etc.
